Welcome to the Chess Pages
The musical Chess was written by Benny Andersson and Björn Ulvaeus (music) and Tim Rice (lyrics). The concept album was released in 1984 while a recording of the Broadway cast was released in 1988. In 2002 a Swedish cast version "Chess På Svenska" was released.
Through the years many recordings of Chess songs have been released, from amateur ones to those with big names in the musical world.
